Elves and the Village
A misty start to the morning but once I got out of Alveston it was all clear. Went home along the A38 to give the car a bit of a run (KG not allowed to drive again)
Back home and sorted out the outdoor lights which we had just gathered up at the end of last year and forgot to take the batteries out. One set was OK so they are now outside. We have bought some solar outside lights so it will be interesting to see how much light they get. Managed to find a flower for Flower Friday – thanks to Biker Bear for hosting (extra). We pottered with decorating the house and KG had put all my handiwork up and it is looking good.
The elves were quiet when I got home but I think they got excited when KG was decorating the unit in the hallway.
Come on Elf said Safety we must go and help.
Ok Safety – but this is a bit weird we are bigger than this winter village.
Well we are not going to fit in that house that is for sure and we seem to be taller than the trees.
KG explained to them that it was a model village and if it was any bigger it wouldn’t fit under the unit.
Humph they glumped and said it is better on our radiator shelf – so off they set leaving KG in peace
Misty start and then brightened and then the mist came back
