Rotisserie Chicken Beans
Rotisserie chicken with scarlet runner beans and Peruvian green ají verde, rice, salad, cheese (Esquirrou), and persimmon chiffon. Wine: Fontbonau Côtes du Rhône 2015.
This was a magnificent dinner. A recipe linked to in an email newsletter (link below) sounded very interesting. The ají verde was my own addition. I've recently gotten behind on persimmons from my CSA, so I decided to make a chiffon to catch up on them. It was quite rich, potently cinnamony, and quite good.
