It snowed during the night!

The snow is so pretty on the trees and grass, like on these pine branches protecting spring bulbs! I do love the contrast of the beech leaves and the patterned underside of the pine branches, giving them a frosted look!

Of course, the slushy paths and roads were less encouraging to go down to the market this morning, but I have two supermarkets in my neighbourhood, so that will suffice for our needs over the weekend.
