Second 1 km walk without excessive pain!
It’s been a long recovery from my back pain caused by a herniated disc. Got the valuable advice from a peer with same experience, that try to lay still as much as you can to let the disc heal. This week I have only moved for my exercises and for what is needed to keep everyday life going. Otherwise I have stayed in bed. Gave a zoom lecture laying down and my students where very supportive. Same with all meetings the past week. Can happily report that I am slowly getting past this dreadful experience. Hope to get back to daily blipping in the upcoming week.
