Shades of Green……

Another slightly misty very early morning walk with a threat of rain. In fact the surface of this pond is peppered with raindrops. The weather was very humid and I felt over-dressed in waterproof gear.
Later this morning Margaret and I walked in to town to meet up with Lynda… a longtime friend and rather like an extra daughter. Margaret was Christmas shopping and eventually we walked home via the river paths. Sadly Margaret has now flown home to Wellington. We will miss her company…..
