Derelict house - sold

I had to manœuvre to take this photo to avoid the publicity board including sold sign. Believe me, its inclusion would have added nothing worthwhile.

Note the open French door on the top floor. Sometimes it was closed as it flapped in the wind. This house was sold under instructions of the Public Trustee, which could mean it was a deceased estate, or it's been somehow abandoned - unusual around here! In fact it's unusual to see a house so derelict in this particularly gentrified street.

Its online listing said: Inspections prohibited due to present condition of the property. Must be even worse than Aksel's! (Ref my las week's DS.)
