goodbye

I couldn't resist another photo of Otter as it will be the last one for a while. I took him and Luke into town early this morning to catch the bus back to Edinburgh. We will miss them both :-(

I had the car in for its MOT this morning so took the opportunity to walk around the town down by the river, and was glad I did as this afternoon has been grey and wet. The car passed its test without even any advisories, which is good for a 12 year old vehicle, even if we don't do many miles in it anymore.

Im going to stay in this afternoon and try to finish my book ("The Mirror and the Light". I've enjoyed it, but now events are hurtling towards the inevitable conclusion and we all know it ends badly for Cromwell.
