Brass

This object has been with me for some time: since the 1980s I think. Picked up from a charity shop in Edinburgh, no doubt.
It has held many types of product in its time; now it holds buttons. That are never used. Obviously, everyone needs a button receptacle. 
Today was rain, posts, planks, post cement, levelling, cursing, and even swearing. The job is 66% done, and back to it tomorrow.
