Festival of Lights ……

….. at Edinburgh Castle.
This is where we were supposed to be last Friday but Storm Arwen caused the event to be cancelled.
The light displays weren’t the easiest to photograph because they were constantly moving as parts of Scotland’s story unfolded.

The tunnel of lights was possibly where most people were queuing … very popular area for photos, selphies and family groups.

It was quite wet around lunchtime and then the snow started so we took rescue in the museum and enjoyed a leisurely coffee and read of our books. It was quite dry by the time we were walking up the Royal Mile to the Castle.
