Long Weekend

How much do I love a 4 day weekend!

It has been so great - lots of running, spending time with friends and family, great baptism service at church and a lovely family dinner tonight.

I am stuffed full of turkey, stuffing, cake and homemade ice cream (recipe courtesy of Eira!)

Too bad it's back to the real world tomorrow!
