Raindrops on ............

No not roses it's a poppy bud.  Very unseasonal.  The poppies flowered and the leaves started to die off so they were cut back to be tidy as they were near the door.  Then suddenly there was a new flush of leaves coming and then flower buds.  None have managed to get past this stage before the frosts got them.

A pleasant afternoon/evening with "The Mate" round for a meal, rounded off by watching the F1 "qualies" (Qualifying).  Mercedes have the front row "locked out" and Lewis in on pole.
