And more ...

After a leisurely breakfast P and J headed off for a walk and me, R and H went to the Christmas Fayre up at the theatre.  Got some fab stocking fillers, there was such a lovely atmosphere including Christmassy songs played by the young Mull Music Makers.  A good amount of money was raised for the Youth Theatre too.  M was having a kip as he'd woken very early so I dismantled an extra table from another room and re-assembled it to make for more seating space.  Then set the table for 10.  I'd invited a few friends to come and join us for a takeaway in the evening - was going to do the surprise of them turning up at the door but couldn't figure out how to time getting the table situation sorted and then heading out to collect the takeaway.  So his surprise was coming down and seeing the tables set.  We then took the dogs to Aros with R and H, was beautifully still.  Showered, changed and friends arrived for 7.30pm.  It was such a good evening, so much laughter and chat.  It's the first time in so long since we've had anything like a party in the house.  Precious.

Another back blip - P and J have gone to get the ferry.  We will head to a beach and make the most of a beautiful sunny day.
