Memory Lane

A calmer day today. We’re in Bramhall to visit a bench that my schoolfriend Pat has had installed in memory of her grandfather the first caretaker of Bramhall Hall, photographs are duly taken. Then we have a coffee with another childhood friend Martin and his lovely wife Gail. I have never seen so many mandarin ducks so close up - what a beautiful bird - it’s my blip for today.
