Deserted village

Some mainland friends arrived at their house yesterday to escape their five days of lack of electircity at home and so off we trotted with them dog-walking to the bay opposite our house. A beautiful spot for a settlement but I suspect quite hard to eke out a living. Looking at the area of feannagan there, they certainly tried.
In the evening the local art centre has started back up their music evenings with a couple of local performers. It seemed rude not to go for a meal in the local hotel beforehand.
