Gang plank and boarding ramp  looking out towards Kent coast across the Thames.  Beautiful end to the afternoon with a last bit of sunshine.  Yacht Club Headquarters are an ex-minesweeper seen here.  The "at home" is a pre Xmas social and RNLI fundraiser hosted for neighbouring clubs.
