Update: Sorry, I was in a grumpy rant state this afternoon. There's a no smoking area which everyone, including the security staff, ignores but because it's no smoking there are no bins. So a closer view would show the sea of discarded stubs all over the place.

What really got me though that two of my own students (not these two) who should have been in a presentation were out there and wandered in 10 minutes late without an apology.
