A Long Weekend

We have been away to Bedford this weekend to celebrate Mrs madwill’s mum’s birthday… we collected our son, and our daughter and granddaughters from Castleford and Doncaster on the way there and dropped them all off on the way home this afternoon….we stayed at hotel on the outskirts of Bedford. Had a nice family gathering in a function room at MIL’s retirement village.

Not had any time to read / comment on Blip…so hopefully I will be catching up from tomorrow! 

Only photo I took today was during an emergency pit stop (small child needing a wee) at a service station near Grantham…looking over the lorries at the sky - it started raining just after we set off from there!

A chilled beer or two waiting for me now….
