Two weekends ago when the power went off and R was staying, he emptied this jigsaw onto the dining room table. Then he went home. Finally finished two weeks later. It's one of the trickiest we've done. .
Put out the flags . We could see the electricity men working up the masts in the field and at 2.30pm our neighbours were very excited to find their power had finally been restored. That's 9 days out for them. And as I write this at 6.30 on Sunday evening the men are still working in the field , in the dark with floodlights.
Now we just need OpenReach to do the same up their poles and normal service will resume..
