Allander Water

 
A perfect day for a Go4 walk, only we were 3 on account of A still on Arran due to yesterday’s stormy weather, we were more than a little envious of her  unexpected extra day at Auchrannie.
This is the Allander Water just outside Milngavie, almost at the end of a short circular route around Low Craigton. Delighted to meet a former colleague in full yellow Lycra running down Main Street and we had a brief gossipy catch up, who’s up/who’s down in the South West.
We settled for coffee outdoors instead of a prearranged late lunch because one of the group had a cold. This really unnerved me, and my view was perhaps too clearly communicated. To do otherwise would have crossed my Covid line in the sand.
