Shell Bay Wood

We walked down the wood and round by the dunes today and met several people we knew to chat to. I collected some pine cones for decorations I’m going to make with Hannah.
It’s been a dull day, with little or no wind. But really chilly.
Had a great video catch-up with Mary-Ann this afternoon. It was really good to share all our news and have a giggle and laugh. I find with living alone there are fewer chances to have a good laugh.
Then I had a long chat with Grant. His new house is a huge project. He will do all the work himself, new doors, windows, kitchen, bathroom, central heating, and the rest, but he’s working such long hours at work that he has little time free to work on the house.
Very tired tonight.
