Geared up and ready

Ever since I first bought my current van it has been difficult to get into first gear and recently much more so but today all that changed. Apparently it is a common problem and an after market replacement part solves it. 

This morning I drove to my mechanically minded mates (I love alliteration)house and we fitted one, it's like new now! This visit included stew and dumplings followed by my Apple crumble, it's been a good day!
