Sausage rolls

I met up with a friend for a local walk this morning who I haven’t seen since the summer - good to catch up. When I got back, Paul made some gluten free sausage rolls for lunch - they were delicious! They had cranberry sauce in them which is what is looking burnt on the tray, but there was still enough left in to make them very tasty.
