30. HOME COOKING

So doing the Holford Diet has been good, and the husband and I are slowly but surely disappearing. Today, I fancied trying a new recipe out of the book.....this is not one of your better recipes sir.

"Low GI rice pudding" is actually quite gross and if you're wondering the ingredients are brown rice, lemon juice, water, yoghurt, xylitol and walnuts.
In my opinion, some recipes just need the Good old full fat ingredients.

Thank you Patrick Holford, but I won't be making this recipe again.
