Mono Monday: Rhymes with "pie"

I was out most of the day without the opportunity to take photos, so when I got home it was a case of "when all else fails, shoot the dog" :D

Poor Hendricks was quite patient, considering, but when I looked at the photo and realised you can see both his owners reflected in his eye - Rachael holding the torch as my lighting assistant, and me pointing the camera at him - I just had to give it the film noir treatment! 

(Before the calls to the RSPCA start, I 'd just like to say that he WILL be getting bonus treats and extra sofa privileges this evening by way of compensation.)
