After the trip to the vets

Merry saw her liver specialist at noon today. She had a great exam, has maintained a healthy weight and looked in fine form. Her behavior at vet clinics is just exemplary, her old show cat memories when handled in a professional setting seem to kick in. Raspberry was like a wild banshee at the vets after she was hurt during an exam. Nothing major mind you, but she never forgot or forgave that vet( I didn't either, we go to a different clinic now).  Now we're waiting for a call from the specialist with results of Merry's blood work. She acts absolutely fine and full of Abyssinian pep. Pocketbook down by $383.10 upon exit.

This day came in warm with a wild and balmy wind. The temps are supposed to drop with rain or snow in the forecast.
