Bluebird in the Berries

I managed to get myself out of the house for a walk this morning at Meadowside Nature Center.  It is probably the warmest it will be all week.  I was delighted to see bluebirds, and a variety of other birds in the brush and in the berries.  

I also got a shot of what I think is a Lincoln Sparrow, but I am really not sure.  It definitely fits the Merlin description and had a very distinct tuft on its head.  (see extra).  But really, who knows, as there are so many kinds of sparrows that look similar to each other.
