Calm

KLM is apparently slang for Calm, or in the airline world ****. 

As Calum checked into the hotel at the airport last night, KLM cancelled all their flights from Edinburgh. They offered to fly him to London via BA to catch an Etihad flight to Abu Dhabi. Unfortunately his PCR would be over the 48 hours, so would be stuck in Heathrow. Etihad (who we booked through) and KLM them spent the rest of the day arguing with me going from one to another. Eventually I booked him on an Emirates flight from Glasgow to Dubai (as you only need a 72 hours PCR). He arrived home in AD at 3am Tuesday. Gonna spend the rest of the day fighting for a refund.
