Study Day

The final day of a bank holiday. Chippy and I had enjoyed touring the area for landscape shots, that's what we like to do every Easter, but this year we'd got blown by icy wind and snowed upon. Unlike Easter two years ago when we got sunburnt!

Yesterday we decided that whatever the weather today we would have a workshop day with the cameras and computers. Armed with my most recent camera magazine, we looked for things we hadn't done before. We got quite a lot of ideas and learnt some new things about techniques we already use.

This was a first attempt at capturing flowers in droplets. I would like be able to say that no pansies were harmed in the taking of this blip but the poor thing wilted under the studio lighting!

Never mind, next time I will do it outdoors.
