I kid you not!

I was going to go to town this morning , to collect our prescriptions from Boots, but it was too wet and windy, so we went with Plan B. I saw a great recipe in my monthly magazine for a Clementine, sage & stuffing loaf. We bought the ingredients a few day's ago, so today seemed like a good day to try it out. J did the preparation and cooking ,while I was his sous chef. What a team, and what a result.  The proof of the pudding, as you know, is in the eating, so I shall let you know the outcome tomorrow.
