To Cook Savoy Cabbage
Apparently it's as easy as adding garlic and bacon. I intend to try it out, but not tonight as Len is cooking spagbhol.
We went to Staunton Harold and the Peach Tree restaurant in the garden centre for lunch. Basil was allowed in the back with us.
It seemed it would start raining again, but the rain cleared. As we walked down to the lake, a gorgeous, late afternoon light hung over everything. There was even a rainbow.
Back home, Basil rushed in as I was setting this up. He could clearly smell the uncooked bacon and stood at the little desk pointing his nose up and sniffing. So I had to cook the bacon for him. Gone in no time.
