Blipvent Calendar 7 : Poinsettia

When the children were young they loved having an amaryllis to grow or looking after a poinsettia at Christmas. I’ve just bought this plant for H, it’s to replace a rose given to her by her boyfriend months ago. They’ve recently split and the rose has died off, indicative of the state of the relationship she said. Sometimes she displays the most amazing maturity, and other times (last Friday)  I’m looking for cuddly toy carrots in Aldi : )
