tiny Christmas tree

Another of Mr I’s surprise presents. Today he bought me this tiny little tree in a pot - it’s less than 6 inches tall and very dainty. The last time I had something similar I looked after it, put it outside after Christmas for the rain to wash off the false snow, and it grew, and grew lots more. I kept repotting it and brought it to our current house. Turned out it’s a Scots Pine, currently almost 30 feet tall and producing lovely chunky pine cones.
