Homeward bound...

It's been such a wonderful week and it's gone by in the blink of an eye.

We were up, packed and on our way just before 10am.  

We decided to have brunch at the House of Bruar, which necessitated a short journey north in torrential rain.  The cars coming towards us had snow on them and we wondered if we should just have headed home, but we made it.  Got into the food hall 20 mins before the end of breakfast service and just in front of a coach of rugby players.

After eating, we had a quick wander in the country living section (no idea why but that's where we found ourselves!) Who knew men's corduroys were available in so many colours! 

We headed back out into the torrential rain and headed home.  Got home just before 1pm.  Said goodbye to Agnes and Adrian and got a very warm welcome from Alan.  It was so lovely to see him.  

Unpacked a little then, still in holiday mode, had a relaxing evening.
