Costly day

We have heat. The plumber arrived on time and left after a few hours, having done more work than I expected but we have heat.

I'd cancelled doggy hydrotherapy as it was due to be very cold, Roo is very poorly and I didn't want her coming home to a cold house. It was very cold and icy when I ran and I had to take extra care not to slip over.

We had bad news at the vet and now have one last ditched attempt to resolve the problem. The vet has said that any other treatment would involve complex surgery and because of her age, her other problems and the chance of success, that just isn't something we can put her through.
