Ibis and callistemon

Off to Sydney Park where there's no shortage of 'with nature' style photo opportunities. Here we have the ubiquitous ibis poking around for food in one of the park's lakes. The lakes and ponds are all artificial, but the bird life and accompanying ecosystem have become fully naturalised, which of course was the idea.
