Bobbin Mill

These buildings formed part of a bobbin mill in Calbeck, near Carlisle.  (There are a few in Cumbria and were associated with the Lancashire cotton trade.) They are on part of a riverside walk done today.  The river next to the mill was running fast after the rain we had, but wasn't raining while I walked just muddy!  There were waterfalls looking spectacular after the rain.  Great to be out and I'll go back again in better weather
