Wild Wednesday: Bobbin' Robin

A rather smart looking Robin clinging onto the branches of a shrub in the breeze, showing considerable more grace and balance than Boris Johnson the leader of the Conservative Christmas Party managed today who is still wriggling on the hook of last December's breaches of the social distancing rules.

Away from the shenanigans at Westminster, the roof survived the storm, although I must admit that some of the wilder gusts last night did keep me awake - not that there was anything much that I could actually have done if the tiles started coming off.   It was cold and still windy this afternoon but not actually wet when the roofer turned up to fix the missing ridge tile, so that's really good news.
