Buttermere Valley

After a couple of weeks of doing jobs and painting in the house, we couldn't face doing anything today. It was also too dark for painting, so we went to the Gather at Ennerdale for a snack and came back through Lamplugh and Loweswater, the roads were the quietest I have seen them for two years, hardly anything on the car parks either. 
Looking up the Buttermere Valley a little snow could be seen on the tops.
