Christmas Cactus

This photo doesn't really do this beautiful flower justice, as the flower is a deep orange, rather than red. I also have a flourishing pink Christmas cactus.

Today I have worked from the small bedroom nextdoor. There were lots of pluses - no draughts, some wifi connection, but it did drop out a few times. So I'll keep testing it and will see if I need the ethernet cable. If it keeps dropping I will need to revisit it. Anyway, I still had a blanket and my hot water bottle because the heating isn't on in the house. But it was definitely not as cold as being in the summerhouse.

I've had a headache all day so was glad to finish by 4.30. Jon cooked dinner and I spent a couple of hours writing the remaining Christmas cards. Until I ran out of cards, which was very annoying. So I just have another 20 or so to buy, but only have 7 stamps left, so I will be deciding who gets them. Bad luck if your surname is at the end of the alphabet!! Lol.

I've a full day planned tomorrow so going to chill a bit now, then lie in tomorrow before my busy day!
