The purple colour is to celebrate advent , so it will be this colour for a while yet .
Done for wide Wednesday, but does not fit today's theme
Had an appointment with the Osteopath today, he gave me a really good session today !!, maybe something to remember him by as he is leaving the practice to move down south.
Had a good discussion about my steps, pedal exerciser and electric bike trips, which he was all very positive about :-) Booked in for another session in 6 months time, which will be with the senior partner.
managed over 4K steps around the cathedral and town today :-)
