Run Forest!

Joe doesn't look like he's running that quickly on here, but it's just my photography which is to blame for that. I'm quite pleased with how this picture turned out, since I was cycling at the same time as taking it on my phone, and it's difficult to keep up with Joe while on a bike at the best of times! I had to slow down at one point on our ride/run to fit the bike through a gateway, and a man walking the dog commented on how fast Joe was, saying he was a bit like Forest Gump. I think he hit the nail on the head there.
