It almost fits the challenge of ‘lines’ if you use your imagination.  This was a view from the bedroom at lunch time when we had a heavy fall of rain. 

I went to the doctors but was an hour late. I got the wrong time. She still saw me so I appreciate that. As I expected I have some degenerative changes causing pressure on the nerve. I’m improving but will have to be more careful. No mowing. Gosh how will I cope when gardening is my thing? She is organising for a physio referral. 

Not much else to report. Sciatica day 12 improving.
