Cairngorms

A great holiday day today. Swimming this morning with the boys so they could throw themselves down the chute 200 times, a lovely lunch in Aviemore, a trip in the fenecular train and a quick 6 miles whipped out in the hotel gym. I'll certainly enjoy the Italian dinner tonight.
