Snow and frost

I woke up this morning to a dusting of white outside. At first I thought it was heavy frost, but upon close inspection, I saw very light snowfall coming down. You can see it in the dark area in this photo.

It melted in around an hour, leaving not a trace. But it was cold. Stepping onto the back porch for this photo was awful.
