The Great spotted woodpecker has been coming back for the nuts and the fat balls lately. I am pleased as they have not been seen for a few weeks.
I have just had a four course lunch at The Cottage in Maryburgh which used to be our local when we lived on the other side of the river. it has new owners and the lunch was excellent' I am now going to have a snooze in front of the fire.
