Socially distanced

Covid Booster day for me and the only doctor on duty is taking his lunch break when I arrived. This meant that the breezy space allocated for the15 minute resting period was empty.

I was the first to be jabbed after lunch and sat in a slightly warmer area on a wooden park bench where one of the volunteers came over to chat.

I had the Moderna today which so far hasn't caused any side effects. The doctor told me I will probably get a headache or maybe feel fluey for a day or so. The volunteer offered up swollen glands under the armpits, which are annoying but not too problematic.

So far, so good. I will report back again tomorrow.
