Coffee as paint

I did this little card with coffee and gouache watercolor. I love the deep browns of the instant coffee and slight metallic sheen the instant coffee has.
Jessica and I went to Memphis today . It was our first time to go to IKEA! We loved it!
She got a lot of serving boards to paint for her art business .
Facebook memories can be a blessing and a curse. The kiddos were at the house this time last year. I blipped them too. Precious memories.
