Snowed In

It's been snowing since before 7 am this morning! I love it!  This is one of the three cyclamen plants on my balcony.  I have made a nest of pine branches all around them.  Huge flakes are falling from the sky and the snowplough has been up and down my street and on the paths three times already!

I should have had a lovely outing with a friend who was coming to Lausanne to do some Christmas shopping. We were both disappointed, but she has a forty-minute drive to get here and it's definitely safer to stay at home today.
