Jabbed for another six months!

I’ve been dreading this all week and this morning I was in overdrive as I hate and am scared stiff of needles!
I told them I was a wuss and I was given superb treatment and the two people that did injection and took my details were lovely.

Now ok until I wake up for my my shift tonight! I’ve given up on my new nasal spray as I think it’s like paint stripper!
So see how I go without it as I’ve got to deal with whatever this jab brings now!

Bed time and drink loads of water before I sleep.
