Budding beauty

Gosh that wind is chilly today! Went into the garden to find a blip & it was nipping at my fingers!

Found this little Primrose bud doing it's best to snuggle away from the wind ..... thought it would make a good blip .... hope you agree :-)

What a week it's been!

Good news is that Eldest Son (in the forces) has gained his promotion!

Hubby came home with the news that due to the shortage of drivers their company will be suspending all Saturday bus services from January for at least 3 months! That means the end to his Wednesdays off!

Update on Mum: You really couldn't make it up!

Last night they moved her bed next to the nurses station so that they could keep an eye on her after her escapade the night before!

Instead of sleeping she spent the night shouting & climbing out of bed! I think she was confused as to where she was & what was happening!

However she now understands what is going on ...... knows that she was confused, that she is in hospital & must do her exercises from the physio so that she can go home in a few days! Hope at last!

Just hope she still remembers that tonight!!
